Why is it so difficult to start something new?
It all comes down to our primal brain. Our brain’s job is to keep us safe.
What is knows seems to be the safest route for your brain. It wants to keep you in the same job and on the same path. This isn’t always the best thing for you, but your brain doesn’t know that. It is afraid of the unknown, afraid of change. Your brain is like AI it takes the stored information and comes up with how it will direct you.
You and your brain are one. Unless you take time to change the programing, nothing changes.
One of the first things I help my clients with is opening their minds to new ideas and new possibilities. An open mind is a crucial part of change.
Taking the first step is scary. Just making the decision to change gets you started.
Don’t let your brain’s fears limit your life. With help you can make changes and manage your brain. And then the next steps will fall into place.
I hold the belief for my clients before they believe themselves. This is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I see all that is possible for you and I teach you how to believe in yourself. I learned this from my coaches that believed for me.
Your belief is what will get you to whatever you decide to do. If you believe you can, you will do it.
Taking the first step usually happens before you believe you can do it. That is why it can be so hard.
If you are ready to take the first step, start with a free consult call.
