The main trick to finding what didn’t work is to stay neutral, don’t beat yourself up for things that are not working.
What worked is fun to look at because you get to see all you have done this year. Think about what you were doing, thinking and feeling.
We can have anything we want in our lives. Evaluate the year. See what you want to change and make it happen.
